The Manchester High School/Middle School Gospel Chorus paid tribute to the late Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. with an evening of song, dance and poetry. Also featured was guest speaker Rosalind Seawright who serves on the Board of Girl Scouts of Jersey Shore and is past president of the Monmouth County Girl Scout Council and a recipient of the Girl Scout Women of Distinction Award.
“This evening gives every one of us a chance to celebrate the values of a man who brought hope and healing to all of America,” remarked Peg Viola, advisor to the chorus and coordinator of the tribute.
