Lauren C., a senior at Manchester Township High School, was honored at the February 2008 Board of Education meeting for being selected as the recipient of a 2008 Prudential Spirit of the Community Award. Principal David Walling, shown here with Lauren, said the award put Lauren in the top 10 percent of students in the state for community service.
