Wizard of Oz Play

Mrs. Altomerianos &  Mrs. Velardo's students put on a Wizard of Oz play for most of the student body as well as the children's parents and family members. The students, from grades 2-5, worked collaboratively on the play.

The children also worked on scenery with the help of Mrs. Krischik and Mrs. Lanfranco. They memorized all of their lines and sang We're off to see the Wizard and The Wicked Old Witch is Dead. Thomas S., who had the lead part of Dorothy, sang a solo, Somewhere Over the Rainbow.
