We are looking forward to several exciting events during the next few weeks. What would December be without a special visit from the Veterans Association? The visit will mean many gifts, delicious treats and a visit from Santa.  The Ridgeway Chorus will again be providing us with a musical presentation.  Last year’s show found us dancing in the aisles.

As we move into the holiday season and again wonder how we arrived here so quickly, we concede to the reality that time really does fly. It seems like only yesterday that I sat at this very desk and framed out this year’s class lists, trip schedules and special events. So many of our students and families were new during those early days. We have indeed come a long way in a short time. If there is a lesson that may be based upon this observation it no doubt has much to do with making the most of time here together at Regional Day School. Each day we have a golden opportunity to improve the lives of our students and, in doing so, affirm the reasons that lead us into our chosen profession. Our days together are a chosen way of life – what a wonderful way to spend time!
