Ridgeway Elementary School classes and their teachers spent time in the Ridgeway Courtyard Garden cleaning up the area, raking, planting, learning about local vegetation and studying insects. Students then went back to their classrooms to write a journal entry about what they had observed and what they learned from caring for the environment. Mrs. Cathy Mundry is the leader of the Garden Club at Ridgeway.
