After many rehearsals, Mrs. Cestaro's English Language learners treated Ms. Mauro's, Ms. Pilcher's, Mrs. Policastro's and Mrs. White's students to a "matinee" performance of The Little Red Hen!

Mrs. Cestaro's ELL students in her ESL program, practiced their sight words, and read for increased fluency by performing the Little Red Hen for their fellow 2nd and 3rd graders!

Some of Mrs. Cestaro's students had a little stage fright, however, once the performance started they relaxed and performed their lines beautifully! This brought a fun ending to their non-fiction unit on bread!
