Children must be 5 years old on or before Oct. 1, 2008 to be eligible for the 2008-2009 school year. Parents should register at the school their child will be attending. If you are not sure which school your child should attend, please call the Transportation Department at (732) 849-2812.
You and your child should be present at registration. You will need an original birth certificate with raised seal, proof of residency, and immunization records for your child. [see immunization requirements]

Official birth certificates may be obtained from the town clerk of the municipality where the child was born or from state Vital Statistics offices.
