Middle School Spring Sports Physicals 2010

Spring Sports Physicals will be offered after school at the Middle School as follows:

Girls & Boys - Wednesday, Feb. 24
Physicals will be held after school in the nurse's office.

A student/athlete is required by State Law to have a sports physical before he/she can try-out for a sport. A student/athlete may go to his/her own doctor to receive a physical, but the physical must be filled out on the school forms. Those forms can be found on the school website, from their physical education teacher or in the main office.

Once the student/athlete returns the form to the school it must be approved by our school doctor. In order to have the form examined by our school doctor they should be turned in at least a week before tryouts begin.

A student/athlete is required to have only one physical per year.
