Athletes must have all paperwork submitted before participating in any sport. All of the athletic forms may be accessed on the Parent Portal under Forms (athletic release, concussion,sudden cardiac, opioid).
All athletes must have a current physical form on file. The physical examination and clearance form pages must be completed by your physician.
Deadline to turn in a sports physical for 2023 Fall Sports is Mon. Aug. 28th., so it can be cleared by our school district doctor.
Physicals turned in during the summer can be dropped off in the main office.
Fall Sports Tryouts will be Mon. 9/11 and Tues. 9/12, must have a sports physical to tryout.
Tryouts are from 2:30-4:30, there will be a 4:30 Bus.
