The Manchester Township School District is creating a plan for our future. The response to and participation in the information-gathering sessions has been exciting!

Strategic Planning is an information-collecting process designed to provide Manchester residents, parents, families, staff, students, and the community with the opportunity to share their opinions on priority areas of focus that drive the future of the Manchester Township School District. Each information-gathering session is run by Dr. Severns of Teach 4 Results in the same "speed dating" format with the same questions. Student sessions are also held in an identical way across schools with the same format and questions.

Dr. Severns has been consulting for the Manchester Township School District for 7+ years.  As a part of her business, Dr. Severns facilitates Strategic Planning events by using research-based strategies to achieve data-based goals.  

Dr. Severns will continue to visit every school in the district over the next week conducting the same style of information-gathering sessions with students and staff.  She will then host the same information-gathering session for the community on March 16.  We look forward to seeing everyone there!
