My name is Lauren Kropa, and I am happy to be working as your child's speech-language pathologist (SLP) this year. This is my third year working at RDS, and my last school year known as Ms. Kropa... In January, I will be marrying my fiance Stephen, my new name will be Mrs. Lauren Kelly! Which very exciting to share with everyone!
I have been a certified SLP for four years. I attended Kean University for Graduate School, and Stockton University for Undergraduate. Overall, my goal is to equip each student with functional communication and life skills using a multi-sensory approach and training students to use Total Communication (i.e. verbal, sign, AAC, gestural, or a combination of modalities!).
Some fun facts about me are I enjoy going to the beach, and hiking. I like to go to yoga, dance, and interval training classes. Sloths continue to be my favorite animals. And I love dark chocolate!
