Thank you to our parents and guardians for attending our recent Back to School Night. It was another useful evening as families met our faculty, learned about the curriculum and programs and visited our informational tables and gathered resources from the PTA, SEPAG and Manchester Township Public Library. Thank you to the Manchester PTA for organizing a Scholastic Book Fair for the week. Attendees were also able to see our expanded Physical Therapy Room and new Occupational Therapy Room and Sensory Room. 

As we continue through the school year, just a reminder to all families to update emergency contacts through your Parent Portal on Genesis. It is very important we have a working phone number to reach you should your child fall ill. If your child is absent from school, remember to notify your child’s teacher and send in a note. If there is a change in a student’s medical status, contact Nurse Debbie, our School Nurse, at 732-928-1500 x 7015.  A note or email is also required when there is a change in the child’s pick up routine. If there is a change in dismissal for your child, written notification must be provided by 12:00 pm of the date. In the note, please include the name of the person picking up your child. This person must be listed as an emergency contact.

Mark your calendar for the first Coffee with the Principal at 11:30 am on Friday, October 31st and our Resource Fair to be held on Wednesday, November 19th from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm. This is a family event. There will be over thirty community agencies sharing resources on topics ranging from community programs to resources for individuals with developmental disabilities. There will be guest speakers, seasonal crafts, raffles, and a food truck selling barbeque favorites.
