October is Fire Prevention Month, and Manchester Township Elementary School’s kindergarten students had a special way to celebrate!
The Ridgeway Fire Department hosted the students for a fun and educational visit. The children enjoyed cookies and juice, toured the fire station, explored the big fire trucks, and even had the exciting opportunity to try squirting the fire hose, a definite highlight of the day!
Thanks to the hospitality of the Ridgeway Fire Department and cooperative weather, nothing got in the way of this memorable experience.
