Manchester Township High School students brought creativity, school spirit, and community service to the spotlight during Saturday’s Municipal Alliance Trick or Trunk fundraising event. Twenty-three student-designed trunks competed in the friendly contest, with an impressive turnout of 292 MTHS students and faculty members casting votes for their favorites.
Taking First Place, junior Annabelle Gray wowed attendees with her Scary Interactive Trunk, complete with a cast of spooky characters that kept visitors entertained throughout the evening.

The Runner-Up honor went to sophomore siblings Cole and Paulina Sarama, whose Toy Story-themed trunk brought a beloved movie to life with fun and festive flair.

Beyond the competition, students also made a meaningful community impact. The National Honor Society’s facepainting station raised money to support the district’s Helping Hands for Hunger initiative, with funds contributing to turkey gravy donations for local families in need.
Adding to the excitement, the highly anticipated Spooky Bus attraction was fully planned and executed by the MTHS Peer Leaders under the guidance of advisor Sarah Paturzo. The attraction drew crowds of brave participants seeking a thrilling experience.

The evening showcased not only the students’ talents and imagination but also their commitment to giving back to the community. Congratulations to all who participated and supported another successful partnership event!
