Each month, the Board of Education recognizes students from every school at its meeting. This month, the Board of Education celebrated the following students and their achievements with the community:
Ryan Klaus Bellande
Manchester Township Elementary School
MTES is proud to recognize Ryan for his exceptional kindness and respect toward both classmates and staff. He consistently goes out of his way to help others and contribute to a positive school community. His strong work ethic shows in the effort he puts into every assignment and classroom activity. His helpful, respectful, and caring nature truly makes him a role model for others.
Mel Slipoy
Ridgeway Elementary School
Mel has shown tremendous growth in second grade, academically and socially. He is kind, respectful, and responsible, often using creative strategies to solve problems and explain his math thinking. His dedication to karate carries into the classroom through his discipline and respect. Mel’s hard work and positive attitude make him a role model for his peers.

Ryan Skinner & Dafnne Soriano-Debord
Whiting Elementary School
These students exhibited their commitment to our community by helping with the Helping Hands for Hunger Thanksgiving basket drive. Their efforts make a meaningful difference for families who need extra support this season. The care put into this reflects your compassion and sense of responsibility you bring to our school community. We are grateful for the positive impact you make.

Stiven Alvarado
Regional Day School
Stiven has made amazing strides! He has been working very hard academically and behaviorally. Stiven always comes to school with a big smile on his face and gets started with his work right away. He is such a good friend, not only to his classmates, but to all students in the school. Recently, he was elected to the Student Council as the A-Pod Representative. We are all so proud of Stiven!

Cecilia Lindia
Manchester Township Middle School
Cecilia Lindia is an active participant in the Impact Club and served as a manager for the Cross Country and Boys basketball teams this year. She is also actively involved with the Scouts of America outside of school and was recently promoted to senior troop leader. Within this role, she mentors younger scouts and is strongly involved in food collection projects.

Ray Clark & Joseph Murray
Manchester Township Middle School
We are extremely proud to have Ray Clark and Joseph Murray represent MTMS as our Student Athletes for the month of November. Ray and Joseph are both great representations of what it means to be a student athlete. They are 8th grade leaders on our Cross Country teams, work just as hard in the classroom as they do in the athletic arena and serve as excellent examples to our younger student athletes.

Key Club Students
Manchester Township High School
We recognize the Manchester Township High School Key Club for their outstanding service & leadership. Led by President Olivia DeMartino, Vice President Zara Sajid, Secretary Julianna Nguyen, Treasurer Grace Oliver, Media Officer Gianna Hodapp, and supported by honorary member Margaret Franco, the club has supported Code Blue, holiday initiatives, Helping Hands for Hunger, and local shelters. Their dedication reflects the best of our students and our district’s commitment to community service.

Christian Feinstein & Kascia Hetzel
Manchester Township High School
Christian Feinstein is a junior and standout Varsity Esports Rocket League player who earned varsity status as a freshman and has served as team captain since his sophomore year. This year, he was recognized as one of only six All Star Rocket League players in NJ, a great honor.
Kascia Hetzel is a senior cheerleader who has played an important role in leading her team to strong placements in multiple competitions throughout her high school career. Known for her dedication, leadership, and spirit, Kascia has been a key part of the team’s success. She looks forward to finishing her senior year by competing at Nationals in Disney.

Congratulations to everyone!
