MTHS TO MAKE A WISH 2026

Students from Manchester Township High School’s National Honor Society (NHS) and MTHS Make-A-Wish event volunteer group recently celebrated the success of their year-long fundraising efforts in support of the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

After selecting Make-A-Wish as one of their charitable organizations for the school year, students worked diligently to plan and organize fundraising activities, raising more than $1,000 to help grant the wish of a child facing a critical illness.

Yesterday, the students had the opportunity to visit the Make-A-Wish New Jersey headquarters in Monroe Township, where they proudly presented their donation. During their visit, they were warmly welcomed by Make-A-Wish staff, who provided a guided tour of the facility and shared the organization’s mission and impact.

The experience offered students a deeper understanding of how their fundraising efforts directly support children and families. Through personal stories and insight into the wish-granting process, students gained a meaningful connection to the cause and saw firsthand how their dedication can help bring hope, strength, and joy to a child during a challenging time.

The Manchester Township School District is proud of these students for their continued commitment to service, leadership, and community involvement. Their hard work and compassion exemplify the excellent values of both the National Honor Society and the Manchester Township School community, demonstrating how even small acts of kindness can make a lasting difference in the lives of others.
