The Manchester Township School District (MTSD) is proud to welcome Mr. Jamie Brown as the new Principal of Manchester Township High School (MTHS).

Mr. Brown brings more than 24 years of experience in public education, serving as a high school English teacher and PEER Leadership Coordinator at a National High School of Character, Old Bridge High School, before becoming a vice principal in both New Jersey and South Carolina.

Throughout his career, he has been dedicated to building strong school cultures, improving student achievement, and fostering positive relationships with students, staff, families, and the community.

A recognized educational leader, Mr. Brown has led initiatives in student leadership, character education, restorative practices, and school culture revitalization. Jamie developed a district-wide student leadership PEER program for Old Bridge Township Public Schools and earned a National Promising Practice from character.org for ACCEPT University, a student-centered character education presentation series promoting empathy, acceptance, and inclusion.

He has presented best practices on whole-child development at the NJ Principals Association Annual Conference, as well as the Jostens Renaissance Global Conference.

As Principal of Manchester Township High School, Mr. Brown is committed to working collaboratively with students, staff, families, and the community to build on the school’s tradition of Excellence by Example, where everyone feels seen, heard, and celebrated.
