The Lakewood C.A.R.E. Fair (Connecting Access, Resources, and Education) is a community event that will connect families with services that support their health and well-being. Families will have the opportunity to receive free health screenings, attend educational workshops, and learn about local resources such as healthcare, food assistance, insurance programs, housing support, and more. The goal of the
