Today, the Manchester Township School District (MTSD) joined the nation in solemnly commemorating the 24th anniversary of the tragic events of September 11, 2001. Patriot Day serves as a time of remembrance, reflection, and unity, and schools across the district honored the day with meaningful activities and respectful observances.

A highlight of the day was the participation of the Manchester Township High School (MTHS) JROTC in the township’s official 9/11 Commemoration Ceremony, held at Town Hall. Members of the MTHS JROTC presented the colors in coordination with the Manchester Township Police Honor Guard, taking part in a moving ceremony attended by community members, officials, and first responders.
