OT MONTH 2026

During Occupational Therapy Month, Regional Day School is celebrating our school-based occupational therapists who help RDS's students build the skills, confidence, and independence they need to thrive every day. Their dedication extends beyond the classroom, including the creation of our new Sensory Room, a space designed to support regulation, focus, and student success. We are grateful for the care, creativity, and impact that the following RDS Occupational Therapists bring to our school community every day:

Ms. Ally
I have been an Occupational Therapist at Regional Day School for 2 years. I love working with the students at RDS and utilizing a strengths-based approach during sessions in order to incorporate activities that they enjoy and are strong with, while also working on and refining new skills in order to increase success within the classroom setting. I truly love what I do because I get to work with these amazing students who make the world shine brighter in each and every way!

Leslie Old
I have been practicing as an Occupational Therapist since September 2000. I earned my Bachelor of Science from Stockton College and my Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Seton Hall University in 2000.

I began working full-time at Regional Day School in July 2009 and, in 2014, expanded my role to include Manchester Township Elementary School and Manchester Middle School. I currently serve students across all three schools, working with individuals ages 3 to 21.

I truly enjoy supporting students of all ages and abilities. Collaborating with a diverse team of teachers, therapists, and administrators has provided me with valuable opportunities to both contribute to student success and continue learning from my colleagues and students.

Megan Romanowski
I have been an occupational therapist at RDS for over 4 years. I love working with our students because they are admirable in their strength, love, and light they provide to the world. It's rewarding as an OT to be able to assist them with improving their school-based skills while incorporating individualized therapy sessions based on their specific goals and interests.
