Students at Regional Day School (RDS) experienced democracy in action as they hit the campaign trail for their student council elections. The group agreed to run a friendly campaign, uniting under one name: S.W.A.T., or Students With Awesome Talent!
The candidates worked hard to make eye-catching posters that reflect their bright personalities and talents. Their posters were displayed so that Penguins passing by in the hall could see how many excellent representatives they have to vote for.
The Students With Awesome Talent also prepared campaign speeches, sharing why they think they would make an excellent addition to the student council!
Later this week, votes will be counted to determine our Penguins-elect. Thank you to all of our RDS student council candidates for running such a wonderful campaign!
