In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, staff and students throughout Manchester Township School District (MTSD) celebrated a Pink Out day on Tuesday, October 27th. In anticipation of the event, apparel was sold as part of the Pink Out Fundraiser, with proceeds going to support members of MTSD affected by breast cancer.
At Manchester Township High School, the Relay for Life Committee also orchestrated a Treat Game Cart that made its rounds during the lunch periods. Students had a chance to donate, win prizes, and help raise money for breast cancer research!
These fundraisers were an excellent opportunity for the MTSD community to come together and show how The Power of Us means supporting our friends and family in difficult times. Together, we can raise awareness, promote early detection, and support both patients and survivors.
