March is Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month, a time to celebrate inclusion and recognize that people of all abilities strengthen our community. Today, in their Exercise Investigation, WES preschoolers tried yoga! They stretched, balanced, & moved while learning how yoga benefits both body and mind. The activity also supported SEL skills like focus and calm. What a peaceful and powerful way to move and grow on a Tuesday!

Happy Presidents’ Day! Today is a great opportunity for our students to learn more about the history of the presidency and the impact leaders like George Washington and Abraham Lincoln have had on our country. Through classroom discussions and activities, they will be exploring what it means to lead as the President of the United States.
