Manchester Township High School (MTHS) students visited the Children's Memorial Garden in Toms River for the last clean-up of the school year. The Manchester Township School District's (MTSD) Impact Clubs from across all school levels work to help maintain the garden in Toms River throughout the school year in partnership with the community through The Compassionate Friends of Ocean County, NJ.
Students planted hundreds of flowers and put down wheelbarrows full of mulch in the wind and rain this past week, with a smile! The Garden is beautified and ready for visitors throughout the spring and summer months thanks to the hard work of Manchester's student volunteers.
