Lister 2025

On Friday evening, before the Manchester Township Football Game, Mr. Keith Lister was honored for his dedication to 38 years of his life to the Manchester Township School District (MTSD) as our Athletic Director.

Keith’s commitment to our students, our programs, and our community has been nothing short of extraordinary. His vision and leadership have shaped not only countless athletes but also the culture of sportsmanship, teamwork, and integrity that defines our schools.

Over nearly four decades, Keith has been more than a director; he has been a mentor, a role model, and a friend to so many. His passion for athletics has inspired generations of students to strive for excellence both on and off the field.

Together, the MTSD community celebrated his retirement and his incredible career, recognizing not just the years of service but the countless lives he has touched, the lessons he has taught, and the legacy he leaves behind. Keith’s dedication and heart have made a lasting impact. We are forever grateful for his service.

During Friday’s on-field recognition ceremony, Keith was joined by his loving wife Donna and their three children, Camyrn, Kristin, and Caitlin, who have stood beside him throughout this incredible journey. As a special tribute, Keith performed the coin toss, symbolizing the leadership and spirit he has brought to our fields for nearly 40 years.

Keith’s legacy is not just seen in the championships won or the facilities improved, but in the character of the students who walked away better people because of his influence. His steady presence, humble leadership, and deep care for others have helped shape a school culture that values integrity, effort, and heart. He has truly embodied our district’s motto, Excellence by Example, in everything he has done.

On behalf of the Manchester Township Board of Education, Superintendent of Schools Diane Pedroza, and Principal Dennis Adams, we extend our deepest thanks and heartfelt congratulations to Keith for a lifetime of service, leadership, and unwavering commitment to excellence. Please join the MTSD in celebrating Keith Lister, a pillar of our community and a true champion on and off the field.
