MTHS AMI INSPECTION 2025

This morning, Manchester Township High School’s JROTC cadets proudly participated in one of the most important events of their year, the Annual Military Inspection (AMI). This evaluation ensures the program continues to meet the high standards and expectations of the United States Navy. MTHS cadets stood tall as they were assessed for performance, discipline, and commitment to excellence.

AMI requires months of dedication before and after school hours on top of sports, clubs, and academic responsibilities. Cadets were evaluated on: Uniform inspection: presentation, grooming, and attention to detail, Drill proficiency: synchronized movement and command integrity, and General knowledge: questions on naval history and program curriculum.

Following the inspection phase, students transitioned into the awards ceremony and the traditional pass-in-review, showcasing their teamwork and leadership development.

Thank you to the outstanding leadership and mentorship provided by LCDR John Holzer and MACS (SW/AW) Patrick McKay, USN (RET), as well as the parents, staff, and community members who continually champion the students’ achievements.

The MTHS NJROTC extends its gratitude to everyone who joined them today and to the Manchester community for their ongoing partnership. Together, we are helping build the citizens and leaders of tomorrow.

The unit now looks ahead to their next major event, the Annual Veterans Day Program on Tuesday, November 11. We hope to welcome you back as we continue to honor service, leadership, and our community’s proud military tradition.
