The Manchester Township School District wrapped up its week of Veterans Day celebrations with an event that was both heartfelt and full of energy, the 2nd Annual MTMS “Salute to Veterans” Color Run. Held on Saturday, November 15, 2025, students, staff, families, and community members came together for a morning that blended fun, fitness, and gratitude.

The day kicked off with check-in behind the middle school baseball field, where participants picked up their event shirts, water bottles, and color packets before gathering for a touching Salute to Veterans. The MTHS ROTC presented an inspiring tribute that set the tone for the morning, reminding everyone of the importance of honoring those who have served.

From there, it was all smiles and color. The race began at 9:45 a.m., sending runners and walkers through a vibrant course filled with cheering volunteers and bursts of color powder. A DJ kept the energy high, while outdoor games and refreshments added to the festive atmosphere. It was truly a community celebration and an honor to host as part of the district’s ongoing commitment to recognizing local Veterans.

The event was made possible through the support of the Manchester Township Education Association F.A.S.T. Grant, as well as the dedication of the MS Engineering Team, Student Council, and numerous volunteers who helped bring the morning to life.

We are grateful to everyone who joined us, supported our veterans, and helped make this year’s Color Run such a memorable way to close out Veterans Day week. We look forward to carrying this tradition forward for years to come!
